SHIPPING & RETURN
Delays are a possibility due to Covid-19. Take in mind that we are a small business, and all our items (candles) are hand-made.
Local shipping time is expected between 3-5 business days. Feel free to contact us if you have questions about the delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this moment we ship to The Netherland, Belgium, and the UK. It’s possible to ship worldwide when asked. Please contact us through our contact form for more information about worldwide shipping.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns are possible within 7 days after the order has been received. Please note that the following conditions must be met to be considered for a refund.
- Candles can’t be returned. The candles are all unique hand-poured. We use soy wax which can create frosting, but this is imperfectly perfect of course!
- Broken/damaged candles will be refunded once contact has been made.
- Returned items need to be in the same condition as received and in the original packaging.
- Sale items can’t be returned
- When returning an item shipping costs will not be covered.
